why suspended?

hello.
I see that my account has been suspended because I used proxies. I don't think that I used any. I was busy uploading my site via ftp and it suddenly disconnected and I was suspended.

Please help.

To be able to check what got your account suspended, please post from the forum account that is linked with your hosting account. The forum account you are currently using does not have a hosting account linked.

If this is the account that should be linked with your hosting account, please provide your cpanel username so we can check further.
