Why Suspended?!

Can you please tell me, why my account keeps on suspending! it is getting annoying.
is it just because I dont log into my host account 1 a month, or is there something else.

Furthermore, how can I unblock the suspension. My request was pending for several days now.
Could somebody please enlighten me.
I just want to bulid a wordpress site or my fathers fire-brigade.

The last one was indeed for inactivity.

Please note that you need to login here at the forums at least once every 31 days to avoid being suspended for inactivity, logging into account panel or cPanel will NOT count towards this rule.
