believe I read someone saying that at least one of our servers may have been blocked in what they referred to as the great firewall. There's not much we can do about it if that is the case.

It could also simply be a temporary problem due to server load being above normal.

And for the record, that domain does not belong to your account. If you have more then one account, that would be a TOS violation, and one should be removed from the system.

thanks for ur reply, i think i must be the first reson ,because i have many firends in china have tried to visit this site ,but nobody have done it yet ,it means it''s blocked by china ,but why ? i don't understand

It's very possible that another user of x10Hosting on the server your account happened to land on made a website or had content on their website that the Chinese government didn't like. Considering users can pretty much change domains at will and not servers, the government probably decided to block the server IP (which is by the way, shared). That's really the only reason I can think of.

That'd be a question to ask your ISP, as we have no control over what they do.

Unfortunately there is well known and very strict censoring in place by the Chinese government.
Do a Google search for "Great Firewall Of China" and you will find some interesting information on the subject.

Considering users can pretty much change domains at will and not servers, the government probably decided to block the server IP (which is by the way, shared). That's really the only reason I can think of.

what puzzles me is ,www.x10hosting.com works normal in China ,but websites which hosting here not works

Changing servers isn't something we've got set up at the moment, however it is possible to make a backup, have the account terminated, and recreate it and reupload the backup.

HOWEVER, there is -no- guarantee you'll end up on a different server not blocked in China. It's entirely possible that all 4 free servers are blocked in China - the x10hosting main page isn't on a free server, so it's not affected if a free server gets blocked.
