It looks like it was the first time. You can unsuspend yourself manually by going to http://x10hosting.com/control , logging in, and unsuspending yourself! I'd recommend taking a look at your site to see if any files might be causing this issue (constant database connections, long executing scripts, etc)

Though I'm not sure what you're doing. If you wish, I can escalate this to the administration and they can tell you what file tripped the system.
