You can unsuspend yourself manually by going to http://x10hosting.com/control , logging in, and unsuspending yourself!

I'd recommend taking a look at your site to see if any files might be causing this issue (constant database connections, long executing scripts, etc)

all i have installed in php-nuke portal and winrar/izarc uploaded to
/public_html/downloads/compressions

i dont know what the problem is, i was uploading 2 files (at the same time, maybe thats it) and hit refresh and it said LOGIN ATTEMPT FAIL

I'm gonna guess that it's the compressions thing..

Though I'm not sure what you're doing.

If you wish, I can escalate this to the administration and they can tell you what file tripped the system.
