Why was my account suspended?

Suspension Reason: Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. A criminally fraudulent phishing site attempting to deceive visitors through masquerading as a trustworthy entity was uploaded.

Why did this happen? I did not do this!

Your account was suspended because a phishing site was detected in your account. This means the account is permanently suspended.

Seem you uploaded a copy of facebooks login page, which would at the minimum be copyright infringement even if you do not collect anyones login credentials, both cases means the suspension is permanent.
