Why was my account suspended?

Problem using RVSiteBuilder

I was in my account less than 30 days ago... and if you look at the datestamps on my files... you will see the proof... What gives? Is this how you treat your customers?????

I see you found how to unsuspend yourself

Inactivity means you did not login at the forums for at least 31 days. We require that you login to our forums once every 31 days to keep the account active.

Logging into cPanel, ftp or Account panel does NOT count towards this. This is clearly outlined in the ToS.

7. Inactivity

Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 14 day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting forums located at http://x10hosting.com/forums at least ONCE every 31 days. Accounts must also have a working website within one week.
