Will make emails be recovered after this chopin migration problem?

I noticed all my website emails not working properly due to the chopin migration delays.
Would I still be able to retrieve all those once my site is back up and running?
What's the eta on this migration delay?

There's no eta on transfers currently.

Unfortunately I can not answer to if the mails will be retrievable once it is all back to normal.

There's a small chance they are queued for delivery on the mail server, but unfortunately it is likely that they have been discarded if the recipient was not found on the mail server. Guess it depends on how bad the account failed in the initial transfer.
