Won't allow me to change Main Domain

When i try and change the main domain from the "Modify Domain" page in the account panel it give's a error that it's trying to send the request. Can you please change my Main domain to www.official-ky7.com please?

did you try adding this domain into parked domains in cPanel?

Also what error is appearing?
