Won't allow me to create (new) site.

Hello, so about 2 or 3 days ago I created this site, http://theforest.x10.bz/ however I decided while making the game that I wanted to change the name to something more creative, however every time I try to create a new domain, eather under a new account (yes I know it's against the rules but I'd rather totally get rid of this account and make a new one with a new email etc) or of course the normal way of just making a new domain logged into this account, both say that I have already created a site today under this connection, to try again tomorrow... however like I said it's been 2 or 3 days since I created this site, and no sites have been created since. I tried sending an email into support but no answer back yet, I really don't want to have to find a new host because x10 won't let me create the site I need here... What to do?

I don't care if the username (thefore2) changes.
