normally when i do the seperate domain option, it goes through with no troubles or anything, but now, out of random, I get some error saying something like, "oh you can't make this domain because 'x10.bz or x10.mx (or any other x10. thing) is in use by another user'. I'm pretty sure a lot of users use those and now I'm confused why it doesn't work for me.

Any help would be great thanks :) !

Hi,

You can use those domains as your Main Domain, but we cannot let people add those subdomains as additional domains within cPanel at this time, because of some problems that can arise when cPanel adds them itself. If you let me know what domain you want, I can forcefully add a Parked Domain on your behalf if you would prefer, or I can change your main domain name to something else.

Alternatively, you are free to add your own domain as a Parked or Addon domain, if you have one.

Thank you,

Does the parked domain mean, .com or something? If it is, then like infinitiservers. I don't really know what's happening

A parked domain would need custom domain that you had obtained (not the one that comes with x10). So yes, '.com' could be one of them, if that is what you have.
This would point to the same area of where your public site files are (as if you are using the provided sub-domain).

Yeah I thought so. Welp, I don't have any domain and I don't think the dude I'm making the site for wants to buy one. I was mostly trying to do things free like before..

You could temporarily use a domain from Freenom (which is free).
I say 'temporarily' because it isn't reliable unless you actually pay for it. I would explain but I don't want to turn this thread into a Freenom rant and believe me, I have a lot to say.

Well I'll try that but like.. How is it like getting a normal domain so I can add the folder's into x10hosting's file manager when it's my parked domain? I wanted to make like an smf forums.

Are you wanting to have SMF forums in a directoty and accessed via a different domain (as if that's the main thing)?

I have a separate domain thecookyclan.x10.mx with the root of public_html/thecookyclan.x10.mx. I want it like that.
