Wordpress database now empty (Vox server)

The database I was using for the Wordpress blog on my site is now empty and 0mb, according to PHPmyadmin etc.

I would appreciate it being restored as I did not have a backup.
(Also Wordpress now just shows the setup new blog screen instead of the blog. But hopefully that will fix once the database is restored?)

Home Directory /home/icerx10h
Blog was in directory icer.x10host.com/wordpress
Vox server.

Well right now there is some file named that as a database.
But it's just a default one of the sample data (sample posts etc.) that comes by default when you install Wordpress.
I would like the one from before the server move that has my actual blog data in it restored please. Or even just to get a copy of it somehow.
