I would LOVE to move my site here. . . .I have signed up for an account and have fully intended to "come on over". I use Wordpress and decided the easiest way to move my site was the Duplicator plugin, which generates a .zip of my entire Wordpress installation and an installer php file. I have followed the directions and copied over the files to my directory of choice. When I attempt to run the file, I get a 403 error. . . .essentially, I'm not allowed. Have I done something wrong or are we truly not going to be able to take advantage of what Duplicator has to offer. . . .at least at x10Hosting?

Also, does X10Hosting offer a "Catch-All" email option? I did not see one in the CPanel. . .

Thank you all in advance!

Hi,

The permissions on your files were all messed up, specifically, your public_html folder was set to 777, which isn't the correct permissions for it. I've fixed all your file permissions, and am able to load the installer file successfully.

Thanks, Neal! I appreciate the help! The only other thing I can see that I might need is a catch-all/default email address for my domain. . . .I didn't see it enabled here. . . .I have attached a file to show you what I mean. . . .can you enable that?

Unfortunately catchall email addresses are disabled on free hosting for security reasons.

Thanks for your prompt response, Neil. . . .I really needed a catch-all for this to be a viable option for me, but I understand that the business model is what it is. . . .

May I ask why you need catch all?

Absolutely! I have, in times past, lost important emails due to a lack of a catch-all email address. With one enabled, I am able to make sure that anything that goes to the domain gets sent to me. At my current host, they don't have a catch-all, either, but they do have filters available to set up. I have a filter set up to where if an email is sent that contains my domain name in it, it is sent to my primary email address, but it really is a hit and miss proposition. I don't see the filters available here, either. Do you have any suggestions?
