wordpress "Error establishing a database connection"

Hi, dude
I have been hosting wordpress blog on x10hosting for a few months. Everything works fine until this morning...When I try to visit my blog, I got a blank page with "Error establishing a database connection".

I have checked my wp-config.php file for database name, user account and password, etc. Nothing has changed since my first configuration.
I can visit my wordpress database through cPanelx's phpadmin panel, so the database is running.

I guess something is different at the x10hosting side, any hint?
