Wordpress Installation Problem

Ok, so i've copied wordpress3.1.zip in public html, i've extracted it to Wordpress folder but when ai access
http://parfumuri.x10.mx/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php i get an error.
I have also created a php database.
So, what seems to be the problem?
