Sounds like something broke while installing plugins. Does WP have a plugin auto installer? Or manual install. Softaculous may have a WP manager. Did the plugin overwrite your wp-config file. You may be able to edit the config file with directadmin file manager. You may have to reinstall WP. That is a last case choice.

x10 hosting does not officially support wordpress or other scripts.
users may reply if they experienced the same or similar issues or think they know the answers,.
but any replies are not officially supported by x10 hosting.

you could also seek assistance on wordpresses support website to get the correct support,

i told you, that if i use native version of php then my website is working fine. but the problem is i need to edit my configuration like i want to enable redis extension, i want to increase my upload limit etc.

i can't do this kind of stuff until i use another version but when i use another version of php then the error occured again.

the internet said about this is, my php isn't configured correctly..

that's why, i am asking help...

by the way i need to edit my php configuration and i have to make my execution_dir and loaded configuration file path the same

Create your own php.ini in the public_html directory. htaccess is default for x10free. The DirectAdmin php selector has options you can change. Maybe not the changes you want to make. But you have to keep current. What version of WP, and there suggested php version and go from there. I loaded Softaculous - WP current with php 7.4 and it functioned as expected. Use WP to a just your load times. https://newsdeak.x10.bz/admin

i do know some features of the php cannot be changed with the version of php x10 uses,
especially changing the paths of certain php values.

ive tried using the common auto_prepend function but could not use it with x10's version of php
not like i can with a normal php install.

the options pointed out by ctyrd are your only options for editing the php file.
now if your experienced with php you can try creating your own php.ini file.
but there is no promise it would work.
