Wordpress Problem

Hi, I just recently installed wordpress, and the install was sucessful, the only problem, is when I try to go to the admin area and login, as soon as I press login, I get this message:
Warning: getmypid() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/lktennis/public_html/members/wp-includes/class-phpass.php on line 52

Why would it be doing this? Thanks

Hello, please upgrade your PHP version to intermediate.

You may do this by logging into the Account Management Panel here:

http://x10hosting.com/login

Once there, use your forum username and password to log in. Then scroll all the way down on the left side and select the intermediate version and follow the instructions.
