Wordpress update

hi,

Im on cossacks and I'm getting this error

Warning: phpinfo() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/teft/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2238

I though I had phpinfo() enabled as Im on php v2 and with this error I can not update my blog

so? I canot post without upgrading... I cant even manage my database from wordpress, I've read about this and I won't but at least I have to solve this problem (obviusly its not about my config but yours)

Ok.. but I would like to know if the only solution to this is "commenting" the line that invokes the phpinfo(); function (as I read somewhere this forum) or you are going to enable this.. as I dont think its a security issue ¬¬

Just comment out the phpinfo() line by putting // in front of it.

I highly doubt it will be enabled.

why do the admins see it like a security issue? :S
