Wordpress Upgrade Problem

Warning: phpinfo() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2223

When I upgrade I get that error and I've had any errors before while upgrading. I'm guessing this is something to do with the server? Can anyone possibly guide me?

Hello, we are currently upgrading our servers and fixing up and changing what versions of php have what disabled and enabled, this is the reason you cannot upgrade right now, please be patient and try upgrading when the server maintenance is over.
