I don't think my free host account is active any more because I didn't login to this forum on time... is it lost permanent?

It may be, depending on how long ago you last logged in here.

If it is more then 41 days ago, it probably is permanently lost (31 days for it to get suspended for inactivity, then 10 days before automatic termination if unsuspension is not requested).

To find out for sure, can you please post your cPanel name?
