Wrong username/password. Access denied. for phpMyAdmin

Plz help.
I am unable to access phpMyAdmin from last 3 days.
It gives a message "Wrong username/password. Access denied."
also, i hae tried to create new database and added my account in mysql remote server but i am facing the same problem.. Help
