WTH!! Where is my site?!!

I could not log in to x10 due to some problems, and I thought that my account was suspended. However, when I logged in I saw that my hosting account is gone.. GONE!! I tried to open a support request through control, but I got this message:

Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news.

I checked the forums and could notfind anything that helps! What's going on? Please help!

Accounts that remain in a suspended state for more then 14 days are terminated as being inactive. This is very clear in the ToS.

If you provide your cPanel name we can check if this is indeed what happened or if it is something else gone wrong.

Dear God! Can you please do anything? It was more than 14 days.. a little less than 2 months I guess. I have all my links pointing to it, including my email! I could not visit the forums as I was very sick for the past 2 months and this is one of the first things I did after I could get out of bed! I think my cPanel name is abhi2602. Please help! So much depends on this!
