x10 account unsuspension

hello dear x10, today very unfortunately my free hosting account got suspended the reason was linking to adult game downloads. And i would kindly like to mention that it was only by a mistake and i have never hosted any adult meterial in the site..i just used a free download service from another service and i guess the reasoning link wud be that....
so can somebody plz unsuspend my account.? Im realy worriying about the mistake i have done and im willingly ready to remove that content within 24 hours. Plz help me....thank u in advance...

Adult material is clearly disallowed in the TOS, so it's a permanent suspension.

But I havent uploaded any adult content in my site.... is there any option to suspend??

anybody...................My top level domain is also there and I cannot change it..can somebody plz help me....

You can change the configuration of your TLD at your registrar to point it anywhere you like. It just won't be possible to use it with our service until you current account has been removed, which it will be in approximately 14 days.

14 days??? cant I take the domain befor that???

As I said in the previous reply, you are free to change the configuration for your domain at your domain registrar to point it anywhere you like, you just won't be able to add it to any other account under our services until account is deleted.

One exception to that being our premium hosting which does allow adult content, so if you'd go for that we can switch the domain over to premium hosting, in fact we can move the entire account over in that case.
