Actually it has been ever since the Forum was changed and that was months ago.Anna:
The issue did appear under the past couple weeks, quiet a while after the theme was installed, not sure if there were any updates done in between though.
All I have been doing for the last few months is logging into Account Panel and reactivating the account whenever it was suspended.

I am surprised this issue has not been fixed.
It may not be so bad if someone either got the template switcher working so users could switch to vB4 Default Style, (it does not work at the moment in Linux-not sure about winblows - 'all your resources').
Alternatively the quickest way to resolve this for Opera and Chromium users is to put a Login Link into a menu item that takes the user to a Login Page.
'Simples!'
A decent Rule of thumb to templating is to accept that the default Screen Resolutuion can be as low as 640 in width.
If templating correctly, ie with percentages, there will be no problem with any resolution.
This is what I see in Opera and Chromium:
Why Mess about?
Set the template forum width to 100%, it does not need these margins.
