So i was running tiny tiny rss on my account
accumulated lot of years of favorite site to read news from
yesterday my account was showing suspended

went into appeal to be back and running and also grab a copy of all my favorite news sites
here is there answer

Hello,

Thank you for submitting an appeal against the suspension imposed upon your x10Hosting free web hosting account. We have
reviewed your account and the information included within your appeal. Unfortunately after careful consideration the
information submitted with your appeal does not adequately justify removal of the suspension. With Tiny Tiny RSS being the
only script on the account and there not being a valid website present, we're not able to lift the suspension - this script
was partially responsible for the high CPU load the server was experiencing as it tried to aggregate whatever feeds you had
installed to it.

In accordance with the x10Hosting Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy agreed to upon registration the suspension will
remain permanently. This decision is final.

At this time, data backups are not available as detailed in sections 6 and 8 of the x10Hosting Terms of Service.

That's what happens when you violate the Terms of Service.
Quoted text is from section 1. Server Usage in the ToS you did agree on at sign up.

• Script Hosting: Space provided by x10Hosting is to be used to create a functional website, we do not allow bots, content scrapers, or any other script that runs continuously on your account. Any scripts that are executed via cron or manually must be directly related to your website.

Section 8 explains what happens when an account is actually suspended for breach of the terms:

8. Suspensions
If an account is suspended for a breach of the Terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.

Can I ask why you do not allow us to take a backup? That is just poor support and is WRONG!

That is the terms upon which you agreed on when you signed up.
Basically it is set that way to make it even for everyone, in most cases where there's a violation of ToS there is also a violation of US laws that actually would make it illegal for us to provide a backup (phishing sites, copyright violations for instance).

It's almost 2014 and you should use browser for that and not ruin the free hosting for everyone else.
