"x10Hosting Account Inactivity Suspension Warning"

The last of several emails I received begins: "x10Hosting has an inactivity policy that will soon affect your hosting account obieron. We require all users to access our forums and login at least once per month. At this time, your x10Hosting forum account obieron has been inactive for 64 days" but I have logged onto this account at least 50 times ... I really like this hosting and was wondering what was going on. Can you not see when I log on?

You have to login at least once every 31 day for at least five minutes for the system to recognise you.

Yeah, I know it doesn't say that anywhere, but that's how it is.

Five minutes is probably just enough time to make a few posts

Hitting login once is enough! You do not need to browser around for X minutes.

I keep getting emails of suspensions and have to logon and remove but haven't exceeded the time ... Why?

Access my accounts once per month? Man I'm on there much MORE than that and I keep getting emails about suspensions and am suspended then have to go and unsuspend ... I know my account is free and this probably wouldn't happen if I was paying for it but x10Hosting is saying I have to "access my accounts once per month"
Check out my account notifications and you can see me being suspended and I go and unsuspend.

Did you see the picture in my previous post? How can that be when I have to log on twice a month just to Unsuspend my account? Will I have this problem if I purchase an account also?

You need to login to these forums, not the account panel

I can answer one of those questions.

No. Logging into forums once a month is only required for free hosting accounts. That rule does not apply to paid accounts.
