Thing is, if an account does something bad, like uploading a virus etc, and mcafee finds the site before we do, then it says it isn't safe. Many free hosts has this problem, with mcafee finding stuff before we do.
This doesn't mean x10 isn't safe, it's perfectly safe. And we do everything we can to take care of those accounts, but as I said, sometimes someone else finds the sites before we do.
