Unfortunately you can not register one to use as a separate add on domain, assuming that is what you want seeing as you have an .x10hosting.com subdomain as your main already.

I'm not sure if there's a rule against this. so you might want to check it out first, but you could start a second account and use .htaccess to 301 redirect it to your main page….

I think that may violate the TOS though. I don't remember.

each user is allowed only ONE hosting account, so that would in fact be breaking the TOS to create another one.
