x11 no ftp no cpanel nothing.

I managed to login once after migration from xo5. Now nothing seems to work. Is my IP address blocked?
I need to get to my email and I can not. Please help.

Your IP was indeed blocked, you will need to check on your email settings as the block was due to Failed IMAP logins

I have removed the IP.

I can not login to email accounts with the passwords i have nor I can change the passwords.
How can I make sure I have the correct passwords? If I remove and recreate the email accounts will i lose the past emails?
