x12 down for a few weeks?

I have not been able to get to my Hosting Control Panel on x12 for several weeks. I am trying to debug some email issues as it is not sending emails either. Please advise. Thanks.

x12 has had no recent outages that I am aware of.

I did find your IP blocked in the firewall for " Failed SMTP AUTH login", that would be why you can't reach it and also why you can't send emails. I have removed the block. Make sure that you have the correct credentials for your email client as to not get blocked again.

Hmmph. And just like that, it works, with the same credentials still saved in the app. I wonder why I got blocked. Thanks.

I can see you had an inactivity suspension recently. Any attempt to use smtp (or any method that logins to the DirectAdmin server directly) would result in a failed login attempt during suspension. I'd guess that would explain why the saved credentials would fail.
