X12 - Failed to create login token

I tried logging in to update some files today and got this error message when clicking the green Hosting Control Panel button on the Dashboard view:

"Failed to create login token: Login failed. Please refresh the page and try again.. If this account was just created, it may take several minutes to become available"

It is not a new account. It has been active for YEARS. It worked perfectly fine yesterday and the pages still load fine (not a suspended or unavailable account).

I also see now that when the green "name" button (sabbaths @ X12) is clicked and the Services view is displayed that is says:

Domains​

Could not find any domains associated with this service
-----

So what is up with that?!

it seems x12 server is experiencing issues.
i have notified a staff member, they should reply back soon.

x12 has been having intermittent issues with this, but we hope that is now properly sorted, if not please report again and we'll go back to investigating further.
Closing thread as this is not a current issue, please post into a new thread if it arises again.
