Hi
I haven't been able to get to my hosting control panel on x12 for a few weeks now. Also my site is down. Please advise. Thanks!

the website http://jakenet.x10host.com/ works fine for me.
even though the page says "Jakenet.net has changed hosting providers."
unless you are experiencing a dns issue.

you can try clearing all temp files and cookies then try to log in again.
make sure to try https://x10hosting.com/login then clicking the big green button.
its the preferred way to log in so it counts your login.

others may suggest https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/ but it wont count your login.
and may result in suspension for not logging in within 30 days.

@jakenetx
Sounds like the only thing left is virus protection, and firewall. Are all devices on the same home network? Who is the ISP.

Did you say you can login here: https://x10hosting.com/panel

I had issues last night, but they resolved after cleared history/cache.

It seems I can get to those sites via mobile data.
I cleared browser cache and restarted router. Still nothing on my home network.
I'm on Frontier Fios. Thoughts?

Ah. Seems a router DHCP release/renew fixed the issue for now. Thanks.

You would think that a routers DHCP service, would have a lease auto refresh. Or a way to set the leases time limit.

Just want to say, the number one most common reason you can not reach site/directadmin is the IP you connect from is blocked by firewall, which will happen if you fail logins to any service on there (ftp, email etc).
This is especially true when it works for others or from another network.
