X12 still not working for me after 2 weeks

All I am getting since last week is a very small message "Error" on an otherwise blank screen.

The site was working up until around 2 weeks ago.

Short version, one of the softwares we use to keep everyone's files safe caused a corruption of files for three of the free hosting servers so we had to restore from our backup.

I have corrected the issue with your account, or at least the main page now loads properly, please verify other parts work as well.

I too are having issues as in the website is not displaying its updated data. The control panel shows the updated files which are all ok, its just the website is not being updated. Thanks for any help.
