Resolved x12.x10hosting.com refused to connect

I can login fine but when I press cpanel i get x12.x10hosting.com refused to connect. I have cleared cache, tried diffferent browsers and reset password. Thank you for your time.

Sounds like your IP may have been temporary blocked by the firewall, I did check and there is no block currently.
