Xenforo Denied Acces To Mysql

I'm trying to install Xenforo on my site, but the following happens.

I created a MySql database, and an account. I'm at a loss on whats going wrong.

Did you also add the user to the database with proper privileges?

It turns out I missed that crucial step of actually adding the account to the database. Its working now.
This is was my first time setting up Mysql with cPanel.

Please note that Xenforo isn't legal to use without a valid license; to prevent service disruption, please head to your Xenforo customer area and click on "Generate validation token" underneath the license in question, then use the abuse contact form on x10hosting.com to send said validation token to us, so that we know it's a valid install.

Be advised that failing to do so within 24 hours may result in service suspension until we can get confirmation that it's a valid license. In the event that you know it's NOT a valid install, I would recommend removing it within the 24 hour period.
