xo2.x10hosting SMTP Port: 465 doesn't work

I'm using POP3 over SSL/TLS and I'm receiving e-mails. When I replay to the senders they can't receive my messages and the e-mail client doesn't display any errors!

There is no hosting account linked to your forum account. Please could you link them by choosing "Get Support" in the top-right corner of your cPanel? Alternatively, please provide your cPanel username.
