What issue are you having when logging into xo3's cPanel? Could you please provide an error message?

I'm not seeing an active hosting account linked to your forum account either. Please could you also provide your cPanel username?

Hii,
I am having te same issue logging into CPanel

When I log in at www.x10hosting.com tat works ok and then I am redirected automatically but crashes at:
https://xo3.x10hosting.com:2083/login/
If I simply go to :
https://xo3.x10hosting.com
Three is an error screen:- https://xo3.x10hosting.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

There is no error just a blank white screen. And my Wp Wont update plugins.

I've had the exact same issue for at least two weeks now...
it says "Sign in Successful"... then "Sign in complete! Redirecting to the control panel.." but then it doesn't take me to my CPanel...it just times out and says:
"Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at xo1.x10hosting.com:2083."

Sounds like the same issue here as well:

Using the link:
https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login
does not work for me. Same error.

What's the issue? Anyone figure a fix??

Hi market4,

Your cPanel appears to be working fine, and the server's firewall isn't interfering with the connection. Could you please confirm that there are no firewalls, proxies or routers in place that could be blocking port 2083? Many workplaces and schools tend to do this.
