xo6 server migration

Hi, I was wondering if the xo6 server migration process happened yet.

On my account page the "cPanel" button (or directAdmin) says Error
the website is down and I can't even access via ftp...

Does anybody else have the same error?
I'm trying to understand if it's due to a migration failure in that case

considering that most new migrated servers have x11, x12, x13,
but your still showing as x06, is have to say no you were not migrated yet either.
im on x05 and still waiting, looks like we are last on the list to get migrated.

I was from xo6 and I'm in x15, don't know why you still there. Can you login into https://x15.x10hosting.com?

If I'm not misstaken xo6 is the one currently transfering (and the one we had to redo some accounts from due to them having failed restoring properly, databases missing etc), once all accounts from xo6 is completed xo5 should be the last to go

@softdesi I've just tried with xo15 (and some other random xo server) via ftp but it doesn't work.

Did you try xo15 or x15? It is x15, not xo15.

Trying to login to the server before the account is migrated usually ends up with an IP block in the firewall. So until you see that you are directed to directadmin when logging in through the sso page you should assume your account is not moved.

I've tried but nothing has changed, from sso page my website is till on xo6 server though

Since I've noticed they're transferring xo5 server account I assume xo6 is done or my account is one of the failed ones

On Corey's post it says "* We have multiple full backups of every account stored offsite, if something goes wrong with your account migration or anything is missing we do have it backed up and safe."

All I need now is to retrieve a backup of the website I've made

@Anna do you think it is still possible to have access via ftp or do I have to wait until migration is completed and hoping that anything got wrong with my account?

you should be able to login to ftp on xo6, use the server address as hostname to be sure you connect the right server. To my knowledge the old servers are still online

I'll let them know that your account appears to not have migrated properly so that they can sort it out

I keep trying to get in via ftp with the "Quick ftp" info I find on sso page, but filezilla gives me 530 authentication failure, I'm using same account password

Your account has now been re-done for transfer and I can confirm it is present on x15 at this time.

One more thing, the website is down because database is missing, is there a possibility to restore it?

This is an interesting one. I have access to phpmyadmin for the old servers so it should be an easy one, however I don't see any databases on that server with your name on it. I even checked all servers and not just the one your account was previously on just in case.
I'll have to check with the higher ups for this one, as I assume you meant it was from the old server and not something new that went missing?

I noticed that your site tries to use https with a redirect that appers to originate in wordpress, unfortunatly apache has a "feature" where it refuses https without a valid certificate so you'd need to make sure wordpress responds on http

Is that probably the reason why people got "Apache is functioning normally" displayed on their website?

Do I have to login to wordpress dashboard to make it use http or is there a workaround? when I try to login to wp-admin it gives me 404..

I dont use wordpress but its already been posted in the forums,
i dont recall the exact posts but the option is in the wp_config file.
to turn off the https.
