There are a couple ways, one is to edit the database using phpmyadmin, making sure siteurl and home is set with httpIs that probably the reason why people got "Apache is functioning normally" displayed on their website?
Do I have to login to wordpress dashboard to make it use http or is there a workaround? when I try to login to wp-admin it gives me 404..
I'll do some research on google
Thank you!
There are file options as well, as outlined in this article: https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/
I dont use wordpress but its already been posted in the forums,
i dont recall the exact posts but the option is in the wp_config file.
to turn off the https.
There is no option in the wp_config regarding this by default, but one can use that file to set the address wordpress should use, also handy when changing domain and no longer being able to login via the old domain
