I got this message after i tried to upload some files to my ftp and after trying to download one of the files, then i got this message.

You were suspended for having a proxy script uploaded to your account. This is prohibited in our TOS, and this type of TOS violation does fall under our Zero Tolerance policy.

This means your account will remain suspended until the system see fit to terminate the account, which will be no less then 14 days from the day it was suspended, but may very well be much longer.
