I have this problem: Your IP is blacklisted, http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=306, i don't know why. Please help me. Sorry for my english.

if you are blacklisted it s likely due to failed login attempts.

You don't need to tell the domain, we can find the account using the forum user name (in most cases, as everyone have one that is linked).
I have removed the blacklisting.
As spacresx said, the reason would be failed logins (ftp, mail etc), and we always recommend going through the panel when logging into DirectAdmin itself, as that is also the only way that marks the account active.
