have "glue" records for the IP's?

I would assume so, they are working name servers.

Many thanks for your prompt reply.

Whilst I'm here I think that I should report that CPanel seems to have died.

When clicking on any of the server related links i.e. FTP Accounts, MySQL etc... it hangs then a JScript error comes up after a while. FTP is not working either so I assume either a server is down or one of the daemons have cooked themselves
