yummy ftp failed to establish connection.

just signed up. just got 'yummy lite'. trying to establish 1st connection. any help? I'm very green.

Please could you provide the exact error message you are receiving when connecting? You should be using your .x10host.com domain as your FTP Host, and your cPanel credentials as the username and password.
