Zero-Tolerance Policy

Here are a list of x10hosting Terms of Service breaches/offences that fall under the zero tolerance policy. If you are suspended for one of these, you will remain suspended. However, if you feel that there was an error in the suspension, i.e. you were suspended for copyright infringement but had legal right (an email/written permission) to use the files/images/text, you may contest your suspension. Don't try to send us a fake permission as we will check with the other party if such as permission was effectively given.

Zero Tolerance Policy offences including but not limited to:

• Nulled Scripts
• Warez
• Copyright Infringement
• Unsuported Language (Any language except English, Spanish, & French)
• Proxy Servers
• Pornographic Material, Erotic Images, and all other Adult Content
• Malware and all other Malicious Files
• Phishing Sites

dude.. i have a question.. how about a site that have mixed language? as like many of malaysian bloggers likes to mix their posting either in english and malay according to their mood... how would that be? and how about a blog like rlslog.net? i mean if i do blog about movies or softwares but providing external hosted link? is it tolerable?

If the content that is not in English, Spanish or French is a minor part of the site it would pass as valid. Linking to sites that are in other languages are fine.

The site at rlslog.net would not be allowed, as it from what I can see offers links / downloads of cracked software.

Not that I don't like user interaction, but could adam or staff include the previous example in the post (you may edit a bit) and delete the posts.
