I just moved your thread to Free Hosting Section from Programming Help Section.You posted in wrong section.

https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083 is loading fine for me.Flush your DNS and try again.If not reply back
I have try what you said, change my dns to "8.8.8.8",and try to use proxy to view that page,
but still can't load it.
Thank you for your help,but what could I do ?
May the X10hosting Team change another for me?

Correct address would be http://boru.x10hosting.com, could you try again with the correct one? Seem you switched place on r an o in your tracert.

the result is the same :

Hello,

You're seeing a default Catch-all address there the 69.175.6.102 is incorrect. This is either a DNS issue or a caching issue. First can you please run ipconfig /flushdns on the command prompt and try doing a tracert to boru.x10hosting.com again.

Please paste the results here.

You're seeing a default Catch-all address there the 69.175.6.102 is incorrect. This is either a DNS issue or a caching issue. First can you please run ipconfig /flushdns on the command prompt and try doing a tracert to boru.x10hosting.com again.

Please paste the results here.

Hello,

Are you accessing boru from home or at work/university/school?

From what i can see here, you've been disallowed access to it completely. If you're at home and this is happening, it's something you're going to have to call your ISP about as we're unable to troubleshoot anything further as on our end everything is in check.

If you're at a school or university or workplace, you'll have to contact your system administrator (sysop) for access to be allowed. Please note that most workplaces will disallow access to certain sites for good reason and you're most likely not going to get it unblocked if it's on a blocklist at your workplace.

Also, can you please post your IP address in your next reply just so i can confirm you're not firewalled with us again.

Actually,I access it from university's library. I'm a student and have no computer myself.
My Ip is 222.190.109.113
