Error on Level Server

My forums SMF is displaying an error that server is busy and can't connect to Database. When I checked my cpanel, I got this message/error

[B]Sorry for the inconvenience![/B]

         [B]The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space.         cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening.         Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.[/B]

Why am I getting this error? Is it only me or everyone else on the Level Server Thanks in advance!!

The error above is already fixed, but another error comes up
When you visit the website, it says this

Site error: the file [B]/home/override.php[/B] requires the ionCube PHP  Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so to be installed by the website  operator. If you are the website operator please use the [URL="http://www.ioncube.com/lw/"]ionCube Loader Wizard[/URL] to assist with installation.

The error above is already fixed, but another error comes up

I'd guess it is related to the php version upgrade that was done tonight, at the time you posted your server was NOT fully done yet. Do you still see any errors now that it is completed?

I don't get the error anymore.
Website is working fine now....
