I want to move my files from the server... please unsuspend it so I can do that

I login and sometimes talk on the forum every month.... I dont know why my account is getting suspended I am also a customer of x10premium

I'm getting an error when i try to connect to my website. It says "Error establishing a database connection" my username is flexshot please check let me know what's going on thanks.

my 2 websites are not loading yet I can login to my cpanel my user account name is flexshot anyone know what's going on?

I got a message today saying if I dont login or participate in the forum i will have my hosting account deleted I made an account earlier today and I even made a thread introducing myself today I currently cannot login ftp or access my website I am guessing my account got deleted...
