Cos the last email I got for the reason I can't access our account is because, multiple people use our I.P for access your site. Now, as a school, we can't even log into the back end of our site cos we can't even log in all in the name of multiple accounts, which as far as I am aware, we do not have multiple accounts.I seriously believe the issue with this multiple account has to do with public I.P addresses. I hope you and your team understand that some people use public Cyber cafes and university public library to engage with your services.I don't have multiple accounts and Yet I can't even log in cos I am told I have multiple accounts, and no one is doing anything about it.I can't even log in to my account for almost a year now.Hi Eric, my account has been suspended, could you please help me?
