The problem is that cPanel is also listing 2 Postgresql databases along with the 2 Mysql. Postgresql is not enabled for free hosting at all, and cPanel still wants to list it anyway. For free hosting, the maximum is only 2 MySql databases.

You can make your own, and use your .htaccess file to make sure that your site uses them.

Is your homepage named index.html or index.htm or index.php?

Could you provide the url that shows it from your site? Your main domain isn't registered at co.cc, and it needs to be registered if you want to use it.

All you need to is delete all files and directories inside your public_html directory (don't delete the public_html directory itself because it's needed to put a site online.) Then delete all databases and database users. After that, your account is started off fresh.

It looks as if you aren't able to go beyond your ISP to x10hosting's servers, which means that your ISP is blocking you from getting to your site. You might want to call them and ask why they are blocking you from viewing your site.

Directory listings are not possible with the new LiteSpeed servers. Is there an index page or any page at all to go to in order to see the install or complete the install? It's best if you include that page to the url that you go to for your script.

Did you receive a confirmation email at all after you registered?

Could you do a tracert to that url and post the results here? We need to determine what is blocking you, if there's any blocking at all.

Co.cc is a third-party domain name service that's mostly free. x10hosting doesn't own nor control it, therefore, choosing that for your domain doesn't automatically register it. Please register that domain at co.cc and then set the nameservers to: ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com
