I see that your database and databaseusername are the same. Why not try making a different name for your databaseusername instead of magento, and see if that will work.

Your database username should take this form: cPanelusername_databaseusername Make sure that you have actually created the database and the databaseusername. Also make sure that your databaseusername is added to the database with all the privileges.

It is in use because of the two subdomains using your .com. Please delete those subdomains and then try to change your domain again to your .com.
