Are you sure that the empty .htaccess file is the only thing inside your public_html directory? Deleting the default files from that directory shouldn't be affecting your account like this. The files aren't necessarily needed. Did you have an existing database for any blog, cms, or forum...

Try deleting all of the files inside public_html and then start over. If you had a blog or cms or forum software installed before, reinstall it and have it use the same database you were using before.

When a site is deleted, it's deleted permanently with no backups existing. There's nothing there at all to look for.

cPanel logins do not count. Only forum logins count as activity. When was the last time you logged into your forum account when you discovered the account gone? What was your cPanel username?

You first posted this support thread as genny, so you can only respond back to your own thread as genny. genny and geneology1 have their own account panels so they would still exist as forum usernames, and it doesn't matter which one you've logged into, neither have hosting accounts attached...

Could you clarify your problem? You already have a hosting account. Your parked domain needs to be registered at co.cc and your Dot Clear installation needs a database configured.

What domain are you trying to get rid of? I don't see any other domains but the .x10.mx one as main domain. That one cannot be removed, only changed. Do you mean to delete your hosting account instead?
